We just moved into the area from Michigan and we love our little place. Everyone has been really nice to us so far, and so have the neighbors. Rent is a little high, especially for a one bedroom, but you can't beat it since everything....literally is right next door. Our apartment was completely redone, new countertops, carpet, appliances, paint, and we even received a free washer and dryer. This was a great starter place for us, and a very friendly pet community.
