Pros:
-Location (being in walking distance to the mall/grocery store is great)
-Parking (was never a problem)
-Very attractive landscaping

Cons:
-Overpriced
-Workout equipment in very poor condition
-The unrenovated apartment buildings (ours) were in very poor condition.
-Definately have air exchange with all of our smoking neighbors... very smelly in general
-Washing machine not included in rent, laundry facility required that money be deposited to a card via a machine that was often out of order along with half of the washing machines/dryers.
-Mgmt was never available (I guess it should be expected that they were always out "showing people apartments" since the turnover rate was probably very high)
-High water bills due to some sort of community water bill sharing.
-Maitenance requests rarely addressed. Had items broken at move-in that were still broken when we left.
