Okay, so I haven't lived here very long, but I have a friend who has been here for about a year and a half, so I heard about it long before I moved here. I love it! Ther staff is great! Yeah, sometimes things take a while to get done, but i mean with so many units do you think that they will be there the second you complain' Get real, cut them some slack. The grounds look great! I love what all they have done since my husband and I moved in. The pool party was great! So, what if the manager boyfriend won a lot of prizes, I was standing by ------, who is the manager, selling tickets and he shelled out quite a bit of money to buy tickets and raise money for thier charity that they support. If you complain about the rent, get over it, I personally, comming from a crappy apartment in Norfolk, am more than happy to pay a little extra. I have never felt more safe in my life! I just don't see why people liek to complain about everything. I mean seriously its an apartment community, things happen, and you can't expect it to be perfect!!!! If you want perfect, go talk to Walgreens they seem to know a lot about it from the comemrcials! so, I guess what I am getting at, is people like to use these when they are mad, who really likes to just go post good things about a place' Thats all it is, the negativity is from people who unfortunately had a bad experience, and they vented, so I am here to say that not everyone has a bad experience. Don't let a few bad comments deter you from renting here! I would recommend this place to anyone, just like I am recommending it to you!

Actually, I am not affiliated with the managment. I am simply a resident in the community that felt like it was a little unfair that all this site had was negativity directed at the community because a few people had a bad experience at some point while living here. Its sad that you feel that way, but maybe you should take the adive of this other resident and talk to the managment about your complaints instead of bad mouthing a community that you are unhappy with. And what are we in High School? I wasn't even remotely attacking anyones opinions I was simply giving mine. I feel that your hostility was totally unwarranted and uncalled for. Seriously, you had a bad experience, I haven't end of story.

I've lived at the Township for 5 years now and have lived in several apartments around the area in the past, and I think you are being a little unfair. I know that every year the pool is closed on Monday for what reason I am unsure but that's how it is. If you are this upset then I suggest you talk to the management because they have bent backwards for me and my daughter since we've lived here. We've had issues with our aparment but they have tried everything to make sure things are fixed. I've always been open with the staff especially ------ because I feel if you don't tell them what the things that need to be done or fixed are, how in the world are they going to be able to take care of your needs?? I wasn't able to attend the pool party (business as always), but my daugther made it out and said it was a lot of fun. And as far as security I know if you call the office you can get ahold of the woman that's on call. She's really nice and will take care of any problems. All I can say is I've had a good experience here, and you have to admit...most people "do" write to complain. Just my two cents. :)
