I have been here for a few years and it do have one good thing, the pool ! A few of the staff backstabbers and will make sure that when you move out they will charge you as much as they can to keep your deposit. They never provided p/m maintenance at all, the bug man asks you if you want sprayed instead of just spraying, their is dog excrement everywhere, and to save your life get away from people walking their pitbulls I was chased the other day by one who's owner was a petite girl who just got yanked behind this vicious dog. If you love pine tree mulch all over your car and blown into your engine compartment, door jams and trunk of your car then this is the right place for you, I have a neighbor who throws parties all night long during a work week (try to find a parking space while this happens),every door in the building are SO loud when they slam them it shakes your whole house, you can here the elephants walk above you as well. Now when everybody comes home from work you have to hear the loud radios that the idiots never turn them off until the songs over (maybe) and god forbid they are working or washing their car because you'll never listen to your own television in your own apt or try to have a coversation with all the jet noise outside (ask them if they have a noise disclosure). All I have to say is if you want to move here ask them to walk the whole complex not just to the apartment model, look on the grass, take a look at the dumpster in the back and smell, oh and the flies that swarm around it in the hot summer,you'll laugh at the BBQ area because they just built it next to the dumpsters last year and wow does it taste great with dumpster smell YUM! YUM ! parking is at a premium and the brilliant minds parked all of the storage containers in parking spaces instead of placing them on the grass or moving them around so everyone has the hassle to park, (with that issue the should have discounted the people who had to deal with all of the hassles),look for the open electrical lines, there is a broken fence in the back where a gang cuts through, ask for the phone number of security before you rent and give it a call and see how fast they call you back (security is a fake),but just call and try! you'll see how fast they call you back after you report the gunshots. Ask to meet the manager she is a real pip. She is the worst manager I have ever known, but above all the phony smiles you get from her before you rent just wait.. the woman you see after is quite strange. IMO the assistant manager should be the manager, she handles buisness and is NEVER mean. Try a month to month first...see for yourself, It maybe more expensive but store your stuff and eat out all month, that way YOU can be sure....not them! IMO get rid or the manager, make the changes above and you'll see a nice community again.

I'm sorry, I have to laugh and then comment. Um, jet noise... hello! You are the one who moved into an apartment not 5 minutes from an Air Force Base! Get a clue!
