Ok so me and my husband lived here while he was in the military we lived until he had to go on deployment we moved out and everything seemed good. When he was on deployment they sent him a letter saying that they wanted a certain amount of money for repairs we were fine with that they said that we had to pay it within 30 days so my husband sent out the payment the next day. Well we thought everything was good they got their money within the 30 days and we had a reciept showing so. Nothing else was heard from them. Well when husband got back he was checking his credit score and he saw that the township had sent him to COLLECTIONS even though the money was recieved within the 30 days. So he called someone who will explain why and what was on his credit score and he asked about the township and get this when the township recieved our money within the 30 days they still sent us to collections first thing they did worng and the part that was even worse is they never told anyone they recieved our money so it was an outstanding balance now that is extremly shady!!! So we went to the township with our reciept showing that we sent them the money and it was recieved the 30 days and guess what they did nothing they didnt even feel bad they tried making us feel stupid by fast talking us and not even explaining themselves they acted like we were wasting THEIR time when all this was their fault and actually extremly wrong on their part for sending us to collections and then not even letting them know they recieved our money, they just told us that eventually it will be taken off the credit score and thats the best they could do!!! From personal experience do deal with these people they are shady and do not care about their tenants and worst of all they have a BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!!!

I totally agree with you! I wish I could sue her and the everyone else envoloved with the township. That manager needs to be fired. She tries to act like she is so nice before you move in. But she really wears horns after you move in. The reason they like military people so much is because they know they can charge you all of this money for these so call damages, and all they have to do is call your command. But Im going to make sure all the people I know will not move in tomnship. Oh yea and they to stop showing apartments all the time so that they can be in the office will you need something fixed! They should call these apartments the Town Reck! Thats name fits them better!
