1. They gave away my 2 bedroom apartment to someone else when transferring
after they had my deposit to transfer. ( had to wait another month to move)
2. Sent washer and dryer but never ordered and still wanted me to pay for it.
3. I lost my wallet and some good citizen turned it in, the rental in return loses
my wallet again. (they said the cleaned out thier storage room just after someone turned it myh wallet. And yes ,im not making this up.
4. Said we were left on our rent 3 times, had all receipts in which they corrected ok each time.
5. Here is the kicker, we moved out in Aug 08, never sent the full damages to or new address but did send it to the collection agency, hey thanks alot Township for the notice. ( bahtroom was given to us stained but we had to pay for it leaving)


Honestly folks, the area is pretty safe, never had my car broken into or nothing like that, but I think the management needs some training on communication techniques.

Yep. The consensus really is that the management is a nightmare. It's mainly ------'s fault too, some of the other gals working there are decent people. ------ is a witch.

Wow... I live at the Township for 4 years now and had a great experience. Around my building everything is really quite. I have never had an issue with the management. Actually I have lived in a few apartments in my time and I think the staff is curteous and very professional. It sounds as if there was a situation that set them off and now they seek some sort of gratification. Anyways everyplace has there ups and downs. I did not like the old maintenance supervisor but now there usual great maintenance is back and I am extremely happy. Thanks Township for making my experience a great one.

Just my two cents but when you move in you do a walk through and can make notations about stains, cracks, broken, etc and then you have an amount of time to submit other things should you discover them. If you had to pay for a stained bathroom that you failed to note on your walk through then I'd say you deserve to pay, sorry! As for ------, she has her good and bad days like everyone else. Personally I love the management here and the maintinence now that the "other guy" is gone and will certainly miss them when I move.
