I am completely DISGUSTED with the apartment I live in and the FAKE women that work in the office ( WORK is too nice of a word let me rephrase that... SCAM ARTIST!) Here are the problems, I've lived here for 3 months and right when we came in there were HUGE roaches everywhere and little ones everywhere. It's very appalling, I have a four year old and i'm afraid she will get a sickness from the roaches. Our apartment was poorly put together, when we moved in there were a number of problems and dangerous at that. Nails sticking out everywhere paint job is horrible cabinet doors fall apart, drawers fall apart, shower stoper fell apart, laundry room shutter is very dangerous and hanging by a nail I could go on and on. They also moved in a bunch of illegal immigrants all over the complex and i've counted and there were 8 men living in one apartment... I did not feel safe. I saved the best for last THE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT STAFF/ CONARTIST!!! They rudely and purposely scammed us on our referral money when we talked a family to move in these --------'S, the couple did it online and the fake management tried to say they didn't fill out the referral part. So we offered to do a face to face and obviously the unprofessional staff did not agree upon it because they like to RIP PEOPLE OFF! They are working on the fitness room and sent out flyers because there gym is closed and the flyer is suppose to be a vip pass for Gold's gym and that is a scam too, when you go there they want you to buy a membership. This is how MONEY TIGHT the township is, you would think they would do something nice for their residence but they scammed on the gym pass too. Another thing is when we were in the process of moving in they LOST our ENTIRE LEASE... The people who work here are BONEHEAD'S. Every month we have to deal with these IDIOT'S because they try to pull another fast one and say they did not recieve our B.A.H. which is our rent money and it goes directly to them we do not see the money, so every month we have one of their idiotic notes on the door saying we owe them 10% of our rent which this is another SCAM they try to do with people. When you go down and comfront them they alway's play DUMB and say oh well we have nothing to do with it which is complete --------!!! So with this all said do not move in here the staff is ------ and really FAKE! This place is not safe for children i've had a cop Knock on my door due to two break in's in my building. They will SCAM AS MUCH AS THEY CAN.... BEWARE DO NOT MOVE IN IT"S UNSANITARY AND YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH A HORRIBLE STAFF!

I will not be patient when I have roaches in my home and when the staff is very unproffesional and do not give good customer service. I know a number of people that live here and they all have a bad story to tell about the staff and their upkeep of their apartment. So this means there is a serious issue and concern with the STAFF. People are not satisfied living here when they get nothing in return from the management's NEGLIGENCE and SELFISHNESS!

Every word in this post is true!!! I'm a current resident as well and when my lease is up in July, I'm GONE! In the past month in a half my husband and I started to notice the same illegal immigrants piling in their vans every morning out of the same apartment to go work somewhere; then when they get home at night they wander around the property in groups which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable when I'm alone. As far as the fitness and laundry facilities being closed, considering they've offered no helpful alternatives (the offer of the vip gym pass is a joke), they better be doing more than just painting the damn walls! And although I've never had a bug problem or issues with the rent and BAH, the Manager is shady, a boldfaced liar, and unprofessional. When you must deal with them, make sure you have your own copies of EVERYTHING and know how everything is supposed to be done b/c it's definite that they will "lose" things and "forget" to return your calls. Apartment living is never perfect but I know that this place is definitely not how it should be.

If you have only lived here a few months, then it can take a bit to get the particulars of BAH straight. I have had this issue before and it's not always the fault of the receiving party. More often than not it's because DFAS is a little behind the times. Have some patience!

I'm a finance tech for the Army. If the allotment paperwork is submitted to DFAS then the Allotment will be timely. The program works in cut-offs; transactions before about the 22nd ( cutoffs very with month usually by a day or two) then it will make for the 1st/EOM. If the transaction is submitted after EOM cut-off but prior to mid month cutoff which is usually around the 8th then it will hit for mid-month. The money is also taken half from Mid-month and half from EOM; then at EOM the money is compiled into the total lump and sent off to the corresponding account. Of course assuming all account info is correct etc. So if the funds are note showing up then either A.) they lost the paperwork or B.) put in a later start date or C.) they arent paying attention. Sorry for the poor grammer/punctuation, it's getting late.

We have been residents here for almost a year. I have personally never had a problem with the management or leasing office. I have had to make several calls and wait a few days to have things fixed, but nothing too big. Never had any problems with insects either. Overall it's a good place to live considering the other options around.

omg can we say drama... please get it together ppl have you looked at the other options in the area. and if your sooooo unhappy move out break your lease i dont need the negitivity in my neighborhood... i love the township
