So for the past half hour I have been sitting here reading most of the reviews on here. Honestly I'm appauld at how over exaggerated every one sounds, I've been a proud resident of the Township for 2 1/2 years.
Please let me set some of the B****ing right.
The Back of the apartments are just as lit as the rest of the complex.
The vandalizm that has occured is mostly the idiocracy of the residents I lived next to a person who their car gotten broken into...But why did that happen.... because of the GPS system sitting in the windshield.. c'mon use some common sense about your personal property security!
And if a tragic thing does happen to you like you car being vandalized or your apartment broken into, DO NOT BLAME THE OFFICE ------!!!! they have standard procedures that they have to follow. there isn't too much they can do thats what renter's insurance is for. Yes you do get flyers on your door because they are trying to help you prevent such things from happening, really not something to B**ch about.
Let's move on shall we. There is alot of moaning and groaning about the construction that has been happening one of you even tried saying it has been going on for like a year and a half...lol i find that hillarious. the construction to the clubhouse was not that long and if you haven't stopped by lately it looks damn good.
The maitenance guys..lets see yeah they're not excatly fantasy maitenance men that you see in the movies... but they are all very polite and I personally never had a problem that went unsolved for more than 3 days.
Finally I don't have a clue on where you guys are coming up with all this negitivity for the ------ in the office, they have alwayz been great to me. This whole conartist crap is exactly that crap!!! these ------ are beautiful people who care about their residents and try their best to help with whatever your problems are.
If I hadn't recently bought a house I would still be living in the Township because its a great place to live!

Blah Blah Blah! Your either apart of the office ------ click or your just kissing their ass. Everything you said was wrong. This place is poorly mismanaged and something need's to be done ASAP!
