I guess if you like mice and bugs' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Ok here we go... 1-BUGS. -Had termites for a week. -Randomly find bugs in my sinks. -MICE. -It's simple. We had mice. 2-Thiefs. -CD player got stolen from my car. 3-Noise. -Floors creek really bad. Every time you walk it's loud. -If the people drop something upstairs it sounds like something dropped in your own apartment. -The people upstairs cause the stuff in your apartment to shake cuz of their bass being so loud. -People roll in with their bass pounding away in their cars and sit in the parking lot at 1-2 in the morning. -People go outside and yell at 2-3 in the morning. -You can here the people upstairs take a piss in their bathroom. -While you sit in your living room you can hear everyone stomping up the stairs -You can hear the people upstairs even having sex. -So basically, you can hear everything the people above you do. 4-Quality. -Nothing has been fixed since we have moved in. We had a list of things that were supposed to be fixed,6 months later, still nothing is fixed. -Air conditioner broke and water leaked all over. -Sinks leak. -Half of the time we can't get cold water. -Air conditioner never shuts off, but keeps running. I have it set at 72 and it goes down to 65 or below. -I don't even think they use regular paint on the walls but they use "spray paint". -Kitchen&bathroom floors need to be replaced, they're nasty looking. -The appliances are really old. So I hope anyone who reads this thinks twice about moving here. Pay a little more and get a nicer place. I know next time I will. I can't wait for my lease to be up. I will be so excited. This place seems decent when you first look at it but when you live here for awhile it starts to go down hill very fast. So think again... pay more and get a better place, cuz it will be worth it... trust me.
