Tradewinds now called Colonial Village at Tradewinds, has come a long way from last year. They are actually now taking the time to put in work in the apartments. The new managment is Colonial Properties Trust and from what I hear they have only A & B properties. Tradewinds will soon be a B property, I am looking forward to what this new company have to offer me here at Tradewinds. My neighbors are always complaining about nothing. They should have thought about the things they complaining about is worth complaining about. It is apartment living not a house. If they do not want to have any one above them they should have got a house. If they don't like pets don't come to a pet friendly community. To me they need to stop bringing Tradewinds down and help with keeping our community clean while there here. So all the haters shut the hell up!

Wow, ok. Now this is a seriously fake review. Someone on the office staff (look at the staff rating for the 1st clue) put this together to try and raise their Overall Rating. I really hate dishonesty. Because of these fake reviews, I'm not even considering this apartment.

Yeah right...I moved in with the new company and I had to have them replace all my appliances and nothing was even cleaned before I moved in! Now I see why you're not allowed to see your actual apartment until after you sign a lease! And whoever this is has obviously NEVER lived in one of these apartments nor seen any of the ones they actually rent out(the model is nice though) to those they bait in these overpriced motel rooms! Next time one of you from the property want to put in your own reviews why don't you try either telling the truth about your crappy property or save everyone the time and SHUT THE HELL UP YOURSELVES!
