My biggest complaint was while living here from 6/04 to 8/05 was that the AC never worked and I mean never. The units are so old that with it going ful blast we could only get the temp down to 85. Complaining never helped until we were getting ready to move out, then they purchased a brand new AC unit and we had AC for about two weeks! Also, the heat would not get above 65 so we had to buy space heaters and pay double the electric bill. This place is unsafe and poorly run. BIG DOGS that poop any and everywhere. DERBY RUN is too close!!! Lots of traffic, no one slows down. I had to wait 3 months to get my deposit back because the incompetent office staff lost the check...this is after my 45 day waiting period. Cars are constantly broken into and the elementary school assigned is right next to the hood. We only lived here for 14 months and they were all miserable. Actually feared for my safety at night.
