1. I lived in a 2 bed one bath by myself and my water bill even when I was gone 2-3 weeks out of the month was still 40-60 dollars. I signed a lease and had the apartment 30 whole days before I moved in. I had already paid the new carpet fee to have the carpet replaced in the apartment when I signed the lease. The manager whom got fired waited until I moved in 30 days later to have the carpet replaced after my furniture was alredy delivered. I told the manager I had my own washer and dryer and she assured me they would remove their set before I moved in. When I moved in to the third floor apartment the moving company had to wait as I called the manager to let her know that I was trying to move my stuff in and the managements washer and dryer were still in the apartment.
2. Within the first 3 months that I lived here prior to the manager getting fired, I had teh following problems,
1st Month I had a birds nest in my cabinets above the stove.
2nd Month I had rat feces and urine behinde my stove with a whole in a wall.
3rd Month I had hallway bathroom toliet overflowing from the top, and constantly running and a 53.00 waterbill.
4th Month I had Hallway toliet leaking from bottom were the bowl sits on the floor, and the hallway and bedroom toliets would not flush at all, some connector had to be replaced in both toliets.
5th Roaches apperaed and would not leave. Despite numerous bombing I just stop eating in the apartment all together. Gave notice to Manger of Intent to vacte when lease was up.
6th Month recieved a notice on my door saying I was late and my rent was on automactic payment.
I went to the office and spoke to the assiant manager. She looked at my account verified that I did not owe anything and assure me it was a mistake. Two weeks later I get a court summons on my door, I went back and spoke to the same person and she assure me I had paid and had nothing to worry about, "No need to show up in court!" were her exact words. A week later the Manager whom got fired tole me I owed 392.00 in late fees and court cost.
7th Month lost a set a keys and so I called to have my locks redone. Went to office next day and the previous Manager charged me a total of 35.00 for the service. A total of 47 days and two calls later my locks were changed.
3. These people are the most MONEY HUNGRY people I have ever met. No body cleans up after their pet's, poop every where in the grass. And believe me there is a charge for everything.
I HATE THIS PLACE!! I should not be availale to anyone, I wouldn't reccomend this place to Osama Bin Laden!

I Can't believe someone in a management position should be allowed to call everyone dumb idiots. It's obvious who you are. No random person just jumps in a replies to everything negative someone has to say by calling them an idiot unless they have more involvement then just checking out apartment opinions. I Hope you get deleted or something. You're so rude. Maybe you'll get fired. That'd be fair.

Anonymous you need to stay anonymous. I for one do not live at Tradewinds or work for the company. This is apartment ratings I can state my comment on any one of these damn apartments and It is nothing that your punk ass can do about it. I can call you a dumb idiot all day long up and down this page. I wish I did work there so that I could have handle you personally. Why won't you make yourself known and we can handle this man to man or maybe I need to go visit Tradewinds myself.

I lived on the third floor at this complex. My water bill was always $45 and electric bill was between $120-$200 a month. It was the same every month. Even when I was gone for a month, I went to the breaker box, opened the main breaker. When I returned with the electric bill at $120. Yes, the refrigerator was emptied before leaving.
