my experience with them has not been a good one. from move in date until now i have put in tickets for things to be fixed, only to be ignored for the last 3 months of my living here. when i arrived my appliances were old and outdated and did not work properly. it took the stove five minutes to come on, and we are talking about gas people, something i don't play with!!!!! the ceiling fan is rocking in the ceiling and making a bopping noise back and forth as it turns. my bathroom is full of cigarette burns on the countertops of the sinks in both baths, and get this i was invaded by termite inside my apt. there are other things too, but it would take some time to tell you, but i would not have moved here if i had known how it was and how management treats you when you bring your issues to them. GET THIS!!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE. they have very poor attitudes. they hang sheets and foil at the windows for curtains. people that own dogs here let them poop all over the grounds-unhealthy- also my apt was not in move in condition, it was not totally clean because they rely on the previous tentant to clean it for you and everyones level of cleaning is not the same. THE MODEL LOOKS WONDERFUL THOUGH-DON'T BE FOOLED
