I lived in these apartments for a little over 5 years. In all that time my rent was only increased once - in the last year for $15! Most of the residents are long term, so it really fosters a sense of community. The property maintenance was great and I the grounds were always very clean. As a single woman, I also felt very safe. The rent was VERY reasonable. One of the drawbacks was the lack of cable and the old fashioned rules. But if you can deal with it, you can't beat the price. A previous review mentioned the rude rental office worker, which is true. But once you become a resident, you really don't have to deal with the office except to report maintenance issues, pick up packages, etc.
