Beware - They will charge you for damage you aren't even responsible for. Please be sure to check every nook and cranny before moving in or they will ding you for every little thing. There are much newer and nicer places to live now in Harrisonburg, they aren't even close to being fully rented so they have to make up the money somewhere. They also allow pets there.
