nobody picks up the trash, especially the residents, nobody's concerned with noise, especially the residents, and there's plenty to do...especially if you wanna party. a typical college community that needs about 20 extra hands in the office and maintenance dept. the units are pretty nice though, once you've gotten all of last years stuff repaired, and they have all the modern amenities you'll need. good value, but be ready to make lots of phone calls to figure everything out, not a lot of help here
