Ashby is not too bad. It it really loud and trashy. The management does suck. There are rumors that the complex is now owned by the Chief Of Police for the City of Harrisonburg. The apartments are well equiped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refridgerator with ice maker, oven, and microwave. The only bad part is that you wont be able to use any of them until they are fixed from the previous year. All-in-all, not too bad. Just watch out with the parties and don't care about loud music or trash.
