list of problems encountered while living in ashby:
no parking
broken bedroom window (was told by the office that someone would be able to break in if they wanted anyway)
stove was in pieces when we moved in
5 days without heat (against housing codes)
sofa was broken (we had to buy one because the office told us they had reached their quota)
our ceiling caved in (took lots of fighting to get them to put up plastic during the repairs)
one bedroom hadn't been painted before move in
carpet hadn't been cleaned before move in
