who ever wrote the last comment MUST not have ever lived in Ashby. Did anyone ever tell you that your hot water heater is GAS not electric. Geez!! And its not Ashby that bills you for your gas and electric they are seperate companies who have nothing to do with the Ashby office. Some of this stuff that is being said is just insane.
