Ashby is awesome. Its the best location of any of the apartment complexes at JMU. Its so close to campus and yet you are still located dead center of all the other apartments. The apartments are nice and furnished. It is said to be the party center of JMU but yet it is very quiet the noisy parties for the most part are only loud if you are actually at the party. Great amenitities. Awesome clubhouse. The staff here is awesome. They quickly respond to maintenence requests and are very nice, polite, and helpful in assisting residents with problems.
Rent is good price too.
