I had to rent here because it was my only choice. I lot of fraudulent charges were put on my account after I moved out (my favorite was to clean the carpet THEN have it replaced). I tried to resolve the situation with numerous phone calls but management has all the power in that situation. My move-in sheet even had pre-existing damages listed that I was later charged for but Jenny (from the office staff) literally told me she refused to look up my sheet and she wasn't going to remove any charges. Three years later they have sent me to collections. If you have no other choice but to live here, protect yourself and keep all of your documentation for an absurd amount of time. I threw mine away after a year and that's about the time I got the bill from them, unfortunately.

I just moved out of Ashby Crossing over the summer. I and the rest of my roommates have lived there for 3 years and have never had a problem with the staff. They helped us with what ever questions or problems we may have had. They were amazing and very caring. Thank you!
