When I relocated to the valley I hadn't heard of this apartmnet community, but it was in a convenient location to shopping and still close to the outskirts of town and my job so I moved in. WOW!! These apartments are HUGE compared to the other ones I looked at in the city and the space is well used in them. I had a whole room for the washer and dryer that I could close when I had company. The staff is professional and very helpful. Maintenance requests never took more than a day or two to be completed. The staff takes care of their residents! There were great community functions, like a cookout in the summer for everyone and a pool party and we even received money for referring other people to live in these apartments. These apartments are energy efficient, as my electric bills were always minimal. My neighbors were great and it was just an all around great apartment living experience.
