Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have lived at Chestnut Ridge for just over a year now and I can't wait to find a new place to live. There rules are very extreme and their enforcements of them even more so. If you are ONE day late on rent it's a $60 charge. If they believe you messed up their plants outside they will charge you $700. The office staff is totally unreasonable to and are often unreliable in what they say.
