Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I just moved into The Commons this year and I think a lot of things must have changed. After reading the other reviews, I had to wonder if I was even living in the same apartment complex others spoke so harshly of. The management is nice & very on top of maintenence. They are trying to make the apartments more upscale so they discourage kegs on the balconies and sheets over the windows to keep The Commons looking nice. We were just given (by The Commons) leather couches and a new dining room table in our beautiful common room.
Overall. The Commons are a DEAL for the price. I renewed my lease for next year!
