This is the most disgusting place I have ever had to live. Disgusting carpet, walls, deck, bathrooms, kitchen, EVERYTHING! They tried to get us to sign another lease by putting in fake leather couches and promising new bedroom furniture but it is definitely not worth it. We had to tell them at least 5 times about our bug/gnat problem at the beginning of the year. We lived with the bugs in our kitchen, bedrooms, and even bathrooms for about 2 months before the problem was ever fixed. Then our freezer broke causing a lake to form in our kitchen and they didnt come fix that for 3 days. They have the worst management and worst attitudes about any problems you have with them. They refuse to take the responsibility for their ------ buidlings. Please stay away or you will be angry at $390 going down the drain every month like i was.

At first I thought you were posting a review about Hunters Ridge - So I posted a defensive response. After posting I realized with horror you were reviewing The Commons. My experience was equally bad and I sympathize with your plight. My apologies for my idiocy. Sorry for your terrible experience, I hope you find a better spot, they are out there.
