This is a pretty OK place to live if you don't care about getting your security deposit back at all and expect to be charged for other trumped up bogus charges when you move out. If you leave a scratch on one wall expect to be charged for a plastering and paint job for the entire apartment. Security is 200, but there is also a 175 cleaning fee which is supposed to cover minor things like above; so expect to be out $375 off the bat no matter what. These are nice for the area, if you HAVE to live in Harrisonburg, but certainly not in the category of "luxury apartments", walls are thin and can be noisy depending on who you get as neighbors. Office staff will treat you very nice and respond to needs when you live there, but warning to new people and all who live there now: Watch it when you leave! Take close-up photos of the condition of everything when you move out, if you do decide to move in take them then too. Try to remember to get them to return a copy to you of any paperwork you hand in to them immediately, don't just trust it in their files. When I moved out they continued to charge me into the next month even though I was gone, a new calendar month had started, and new residents already were renting apartment (great to collect rent from two different parties for the same apartment). Renter beware!
