I've lived at the Greens for 2 years now and am at least 90% satisfied. Staff is great, Good Maintenence Service and they keep the place up very nicely. The only complaint I have is the drifting of Ciggarette smoke from the apartment behind or above me. I cannot pin it down. I smell it on ocassion. Otherwise its been a good expierence with absolutely no crime, break - ins and the neighbors seem to mind their own business.The electric and gas bills are the least I've ever had so the buildings are well insulated. Oh..the pool is often too cold to swim in even in the summertime and I hope they install a pool heater.
