The complex is nice enough but not worth the amount of rent they charge. They appliances are outdated and so is the look of the apartment. They do have great closet space though. The staff and maintenance are great! I can't complain at all about them! I've only needed someone out 3 times and they've always come out right away. We're in the process of buying a townhouse now and they're going to write us a reference. I love the fact that they are very dog friendly. That is why we chose to suck it up and pay this much. People do need to clean up after their dogs better though. Only safety problem we've ever had is someone broke into our vehicle and stole our GPS but that's Harrisonburg for you and as the officer told us, that was the first criminal call here in 3 years. I'd recommend living here if you're willing to pay the rent but it is a little overpriced for a one bedroom in the area, however it does get you out of student housing and it's not near some of the worse ends of town..
