Worst mistake in college was living in this dump. From the first day we had problems: the apartment was leased to us in absolutely filthy conditions. The rug was black, there was dried urine on the toiletseat, bugs, etc.

Yeah, it is close to campus, but try making a left-hand turn out of there when you need to get to class in a hurry. The towing and parking signs were conviently missing when we first moved in and they towed us and plenty of other people.

We had a crazy townie living below us who would play "Magic Carpet Ride" at all hours of the morning. My bed was broken all year although they claimed they fixed it. The rental office was less than sympathetic. The grass along the walk way was litered with beer bottles and condoms. Puke was often everywhere.

When we moved out they charged us for all sorts of nonsense including $10 to replace a lightbulb. Bottom line is do not live in this place, keep searching. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
