My apartment is very clean and is complete with new flooring and paint. The apartment is furnished and the utility bills are handled by the owner. Hunters Ridge is extremely close to JMU and very convenient to everything in Harrisonburg. With the money you can save in rent you can spend at least $100 on books or beer per month.
If you look hard enough you can find a great place in Hunters Ridge - it just depends on what owners your rent from.
