$350 for a month in hell

This place is the worst place in the world. I've been alot of places in my life, and I really stick by this statement. Here's why...

-we received a call literally a day or two before we were supposed to move in saying the apartment was trashed and we would have to move in late. when we finally moved in, the place was still trashed with messed up floors and walls.

-all year long we have not had the dishwasher working.

-the dryer, A/C, and microwave was broken on move in and took about 6 months (yes, 6) to have them fixed. only broken promises for the dishwasher though.

-the dumpsters are always overflowing and occasionally surrounded by skunks and cats. on top of this, if you leave one bag of trash in front of your door, Hunter's Ridge staff will charge every roommate $15. although if i'm not mistaken, isn't an overflowing dumpster surrounded by skunks a health violation'

-maintenance straight up sucks. if you want something fixed, you need to call them, email them, and go see them in person with the help of every roommate. this is ridiculous.

-the place is constantly trashed. beer cans and glass bottles are everywhere and very very rarely does anyone pick them up. parties go on ALL the time, so be prepared for extreme loud noises, fights, cops, screaming, street brawls, and pretty much the unimaginable.

-i've been jumped twice right outside the apartment building by different people each time, both times random, and the second time the people had guns. both times the outdoor lighting was not working, and the lights inside the apartment building were also out. i constantly have to be looking out for myself, my guests, and my roommates. this is enough to make me leave this town and never come back.

-never any parking until summer. guest lots become so overfilled that cars get stuck and many people wake up to find scratches and dents on their cars.

-finally, the woman who works the desk in the office is a straight up -----.
