I am currently a Junior living in Hunter's Ridge and have been for two years. I am also going to be living here at my senior year. I have had a very positive experience living here. I have a private landlord who is very nice. If there any issues she is there right away to take care of anything. For example, when our heat stopped working during last year at around 8pm, she had someone there to fix it in the morning. Our house is very clean on the inside and we have gotten new counter top, a new open bar, new bathroom vanities, and mirrored closet doors. Whenever there is a problem and I email her, I get a response almost immediately and she is very understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend renting with a private realtor in a hunters ridge to any student unsure of their living situation.
