A nice apartment community if you do not have kids, it seems that they are not too kid friendly at all. There is a pool, and a plyground (a swingset and seesaw in some sand)it is across the street from all of the two and three bedroom units where most of the children are, not very convenient. The office staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance comes on time. Appliances are very old (15 ) and are constantly 'patched up' and not replaced when it would be more energy efficient! The parking lot is not adequately lit, and often lights remain burnt out and unreplaced for long periods of time. Parking is assigned, but there are not enough guest spaces, and folks with 3 or more cars take up guest spaces, and sometimes your space as well. Overall, way better than a lot of places in Harrisnburg.
