Firstly, the management team is top notch. We LOVE Ms. Karen...she's super friendly and runs a tight ship. Our 3bdr/2bath is spacious and bright. Layout is good and space was very, VERY clean on move-in. Maintenance is quick to respond and polite. Great location off pretty busy street at the edge of town. You will hear a bit of truck traffic but it's not enough to keep you up at night. Parking is assigned for the 3beds...which is nice but do expect some people to abuse this privilege - i.e. families with two cars, a trailer and three motorcycles hogging the visitor spots. The atmosphere is very peaceful. It's quiet at night and the college crowd seems not to have found us yet. We have a lovely view of the mountains from our nice, big deck.
