I think that Longview Oaks Apartments has a good selection of people,in general we (my husband and I) had good experiences, everytime that we needed them to fix something the went and were very nice, I loved that I could go to the tenis court and it wasn't crowded in fair conditions I must said, the swiming pool very peacefull, I mean, sometime in summer some kids were noise, but nothing to be complaining about, our neighbors were not loud, and they were respecfull, actually, we were lucky about that!! The people from the leassing office,Karen, Carl,very helpfull and nice always!!! So I could said that we had very good experiences in Longview Oaks!!!
The only issues, I think that the buldings from the outside are in fair conditions, I mean painting and wood for example, it needs more maintenance, I mean the inside is better, and if you want to have a pet, I think that is very expensive to keep it in the apartment, also at night it was dark by the mail boxes and garbage disposal, so those were my only three observations!!! But in general we were very pleased!!! And by the way, we bought a house and that's the only reason we had to go, but we were happy there!!! We very highly recommend this place to live, it just what everybody is looking for!!! We will miss the neighbors and the the nice people that works there!!! Thank you for everything!!!!!!
