The Mill is probably the best apartment complex in Harrisonburg, particularly for college students. Its within walking distance of JMU, has good bus service, is one of the cheapest of the major complexes and has the best management you will find - PERIOD (Ron Turner and his staff are amazing). Granted, if you're a harcore partier, you'd be happier with Ashby or The Commons; but if you've got a little maturity under your belt and are looking for a solidly good place to live, this is the place for you.
After two years of living there, I highly recommend Ye Olde Mill. I can honestly say that I will miss the place.
