I lived in the Mill for 3 years during college. There is some noise from parties but that is to be expected. The bedrooms are small. But unless you have a ton of stuff, things will fit fine. I had a desk, chair, full size bed, dresser, and bookcase in my room. The furnishing are nice and of good quality. They do lack comfort though. The best part about the mill is the staff & parking. Ron can be a stickler for the rules but he really cares about how the place looks and is maintained. Yes, sometimes the staff just drops in on you. This only happened to me during the summer when the cleaning crews are cleaning apartments. Ron, Angie, and Andrew don't just "pop in". If the cleaning crew does and you have a problem with it, tell them, and they will be more careful. Parking is a a gem. Ron only tows 4 maybe 6 times a year. He himself is out there telling the tow crew who to tow. You will always find a spot and your guests have plenty of place to park.
