Hands down, best place for the money

Management/Maintenance = wonderful! (ron is kinda moody, but he has dedicated his LIFE to making us happy and his assistant is the BEST)
not a noisy complex, but i'm in the marching band and a lot of band people live here and have parties occasionally
rooms are small, but common area and kitchen are huge...who needs a big room anyways'
rooms come with well built furniture and full size beds (definitely a plus!)
There is NO place you will find in harrisonburg, that is this good without spending a fortune (like at sunchase). i can't believe that the rent is so cheap here.
