I lived here for a year and it is a really nice place overall. The townhomes are really nice and spacious and i found it to be pretty quiet. Maintenance was good about fixing problems in a timely manner and management was helpful and friendly. The only thing bad about it is that it is a little farther from campus compared to some of the other complexes and somewhat isolated, but overall it is a great place and compared to where I lived the following year (castle properties apartment on high street) it was like day and night. I wish I had stayed at pheasant because that apartment and landlord were a nightmare and pheasant was awesome! would recommend to anyone.
