I loved this place. The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful and organized, problems were resolved within 24 hours of a request, 48 if the request was put in on the weekend. It was quiet during the week, but occasionally got rowdy on the weekends (not nearly as loud as some of the other complexes at JMU). Our neighbors were friendly and if they got too loud they were willing to quiet down if we asked. Parking was never a major issue, unless you were a visitor on the weekend. They were definitely on top of the towing situation. I miss that place, it was a great first apartment experience.
