the maintenance guy is horrible.. so is sharon glick the leasing manager. they made a mistake in our turn over fees (adding $25 instead of $.25 )and it took them over 8 months to correct or even acknowledge the problem. Problems they cant charge you for dont get fixed in any reasonable time. They also dont really do anything about -------s that trash the buildings.. Walls/floors are very thin, you can hear entire conversations through them. However, compaired to my current land lord the Evil Bill Riner, south view was amazing!
