Every time I have a problem, the office tells me to go online. I never know if maintenance actually came by, plus it takes forever for them to actually come. Parking is horrible since they never tow, vistor spots are like nonexistant, and people are always parked in the grass. They raised prices for next year by $50. The buildings are poor insulated and all repair work done by staff from the previous resident sucks. Ceilings crack in this apartment complex and in general not made well. I've seen apartments in Ashby look better than mine and they pay a lot less. The only plus is that every bedroom has its own bathroom.
As far as living for next year, I'm moving to the Mill.
