watch out, they are going to make you sign an adendum to your lease before giving you your keys..... this "update" to your lease will allow managment to charge you for common area utilites(water/elec)and put a cap on your water/sewer usage. Basically they are going to change the terms of your lease agreement when you show up to move in and have no choice but to sign it. They are going to down grade your internet with a company that is not local to harrisonburg(which means no customer service) and if you would like service comperable to what you have you will have to pay more. I have not seen a more money hungry assault of the student community before. The apartments are not going to be "proffesionally" cleaned or painted before move in. And as far as getting security deposits back in any timely fashion'''' HAH. You should expect to have your deposit or an explanation as to why they are keeping it within 45 days or you are entitled to 2x the amount of your deposit back. BEWARE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!!

I live here and have renewed and do not know what you are talking about. The lease clearly states that there is a cap on water/electricity that is provided. As far as the cable/internet you as well need to be clear that basic is provided not higher priced levels that "you" are accustomed to. It is obvious that you do not live here anymore and do not know the changes that have taken place. "Know" what you are talking about before you blow up on a web site.
