None of the management knows what they are doing and on top of that they will not return your phone calls so don't even bother to call. They raised their rent by $50 dollars for 2006-2007 and it is a big scam. They cover utilities up to $30 but if you go over you have to pay for it. If it is under $30, they just pocket your money. When I moved in for the 2005-2006 school year they didn't even refurbish the apt. eventhough i paid them $150 to do so and I was not refunded my money. Parking is a joke too...last year I got ticketed because I was forced to park in a firelane because none residents were taking up the spots, and South View wouldn't reimburse me. The only way you can get maintenance to come to your apt. is if you are friends with them...otherwise you're screwed. Bottom Line- FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE.
