First they lead you to believe that you are paying $420 a month, however its $420 per installment plan which is different. The will take a week or two to switch between tenants and you end up getting 11 months and 15 to 20 days of rent. They do not prorate these 10 to 15 days, therefore since your only there 11 months and 20 days you are actually paying $432 a month. During those 10 days they are supposedly repairing the place, yet the carpet is completely stained, towel rack is ripped off, and the wall around the windows is discolored. As for maintenance, they are slow, if they ever show up and have yet to fix the drier in my place (it makes a horrible loud squeaking sound). Then there is the outside, the two toned buildings look like crap, mold growing, broken glass bottles are never removed, and no place to park. The gym, well two of the three treadmills have been broken for a while. Pretty consistent, ha. I lived there from Fall 2007 to Summer 2008. --either you get no maintenance and your request disappears or they come months later --the extra fee for going over your tiny electricity cap --supposedly the security deposit is now a one-time grounds and other BS fee so you don't get that money back
