horrible maintenance even with the new property switch over, "trying to improve the look" except they still can't fix the horrible look of the of the buildings, messing up the rent and harassing you the days its due, haven't fixed a thing, send you random bills for fixing things that weren't broken, charging $36 to replace 2 glass light globes, tanning but only run 10 min, mold inside the apts and outside all over the walls, they try and make it look better by doing renovation/grounds cleaning/maintenances weeks before peeps move in but its all for show and all for ----, don't clean anything when you move in, say they donut want cats and/or dogs bunt done punish for having them...generally a nice place to live except when you realize you are getting screwed for your your $400 a month...im paying 410, then 425, then 450' for this/''' have fun!!! barfblechvomit
