It's cheaper than Sunchase and thats what you get. The party bathroom is great, its really nice that no one has to ever go in your room to get to the bathroom. A little bright at night if your room faces the center. Not the greatest insulation, but if you are looking for cheaper, its better than Ashby or Hunters Ridge.
