Typical college living. Loud parties just about every weekend. Some bedrooms get a lot of light in them at night so invest in heavy curtains. I had a window broken out by a beer bottle from a party once. The price is good however you get what you pay for! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
