It's agreed -- Stonegate is no Sunchase. That's not to say that it's horrible either (besides loud parties on the weekends). Since the new ownership, maintenance has stepped up to take care of problems more speedily, and we have yet to be charged for anything. True, parts of the place are ghetto (like my door that doesn't close and my roommate's door that doesn't stay open), but overall it's been a good experience, and I like that I feel safe here.
