I have lived here three years and suffered thru unresponsive management for all three. Takes weeks for maintenance to show up. Our flooring was to be replaced two years ago....we are still waiting. There is not enough parking for residents and now they want to tow us when we park in the grassy areas. They would "prefer" that we park in a unlighted mud lot and walk to our apartments. It isn't the most safe environment for young woman to walk unescorted across the apartment complex at night. Think twice before living here....AND READ THE LEASE!!!! Lots of clauses to protect the apartments, not the tenants.

I have also lived in this apartment complex for four years now. At the start, the management company when i moved in was great. When it was replaced so many times, their service just went down dramatically. there was a leak in our roof around 2.5 years ago. the leak was fixed but the mold issue that i have been brining their attention to ever since has not been remedied. And then they want me to sign a waiver that there is no mold?
